The best starting deck on Pokemon Pocket

If you're new to Pokemon Pocket (aka Pokemon TCGP) or you just want to set an easy and solid deck, especially against CPU battles, here is my advice:

Let's try Koga deck.

It's a Dark deck easy to use and effective, also with some changes it is the dream deck for all those missions like 'Win with just 🔹️,🔹️🔹️,🔹️🔹️🔹️ cards' or 'Only Dark Pokemon'.

Strategy is simple:

-place koffing/weezing, with its ability to poison opponent

-meanwhile you get your Muk ready

-use koga to remove weezing (else it has 3 energy cost)

-move forward Muk and attack (if opponent is poisoned, Muk deliver way more damage)

-you can repeat this trick again with another Weezing and another Koga card.

Obviously battles in Pocket hardly depend on your luck and this means what your first hand will be.

Then you have to consider your other Pokemon on the deck.

With the last expansions added on the game, there are many other interesting Dark Pokemon that you can mix inside standard Koga deck, but the strategy is always the same: Poison -> Attacker with more damage against Poisoned Opponent

Ideally, to let Koga work properly, Koffing/Weezing should be your first active Pokemon.

Then you can use also other Pokemon with similar effects too. (Some are Phase 2, but here the new instrument Rare Candy can help you a lot).
